Senior ISO Product Stewardship Manager

Oversee ISO management systems and product stewardship for on-site mills in Edmundston and Madawaska, New Brunswick, Canada.
The Assistant Mill Manager ensures products meet American, Canadian, and European regulations while maintaining environmental compliance. You will deliver product stewardship information, support product development and production teams, and manage ISO audits and corrective actions. The position also includes unionized labor relations and committee representation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver product stewardship information to customers
Ensure products meet American, Canadian, and European regulations
Supply chemical usage information to production teams
Oversee internal, corrective action, document, and annual audits
Participate in grievance and labor-management meetings
Requirements:
Familiarity with product stewardship and MSDS systems
Experience with ISO audits and corrective action processes
Strong knowledge of international environmental regulations
Experience working in a unionized environment and labor relations
Ability to represent organizations in committees and cross-functional groups
Use ISO systems, product stewardship, regulatory knowledge, and labor-relations expertise to support compliant mill operations.
