Insolvency Assistant Manager Position

Become an Insolvency Assistant Manager at a growing specialist firm in Sutton. Manage cases, lead a team, and engage with senior leadership in this essential role.
In this role, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of complex insolvency cases and supporting Senior Management. You will oversee a team of up to three, conducting training and facilitating their development. Your responsibilities include liaising with Directors, managing formal communications, and preparing key financial documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex insolvency cases effectively
• Provide leadership and training to junior staff
• Liaise with Directors and Solicitors for case advice
• Prepare statements of affairs and monitor budgets
• Identify and escalate risk issues to senior management
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Corporate Insolvency required
• Background in administration and Liquidations necessary
• CPI qualification is desirable
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills
