Lead 24/7/365 technology operations from Moneris’s Etobicoke office, combining monitoring, observability, and incident management with remote flexibility.
As Senior Manager, Technology Operations Centre, you will direct operational delivery supporting critical business services. You will guide event management, automation, recovery solutions, and service standards. The role partners with technology and business leaders to embed reliability requirements into new services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead 24/7/365 Technology Operations Centre service delivery
Govern monitoring, alerting, observability, and event management platforms
Implement automated incident recovery solutions and operational standards
Establish metrics measuring service availability, reliability, and TOC effectiveness
Coach technical professionals through objectives and development plans
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in technology or related discipline
Minimum 12 years in technology operations or service delivery
Minimum 7 years of technical leadership and people management
Expertise with ITSM, monitoring, logs, and application performance tools
Knowledge of servers, containers, storage, and networking
Bring strategic leadership, observability expertise, and automation experience to Moneris’s critical technology operations in Etobicoke.
