You will collaborate with diverse teams to integrate manufacturing processes while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. Engage in continuous improvement efforts and support welding-related manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead layout design for assembly plants and production
• Act as a liaison between engineering and production teams
• Oversee Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
• Monitor project progress and resource allocation
• Conduct safety training and facilitate compliance adherence
Requirements:
• 6+ years’ experience in manufacturing engineering
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Canadian engineering codes and standards
• Proficiency in welding engineering principles
• Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
