As Regional Director, Access, Policy and Government Relations, you will support access across provincial health systems. The position requires healthcare industry experience, knowledge of Canadian reimbursement, and collaboration across Roche Diagnostics. You will help demonstrate diagnostic value to public and private payers.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute stakeholder access strategies across healthcare systems
Demonstrate diagnostic value to public and private payers
Collaborate across Roche Pharma and commercial organizations
Analyze healthcare policy trends and provide recommendations
Support regional strategy, stakeholder meetings, and presentations
Requirements:
University degree in business or health science
Five to ten years of healthcare industry experience
Understanding of Canadian reimbursement and approval processes
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent French and proficient English; Quebec-based
Bring healthcare systems knowledge, relationship-building ability, and policy expertise to Roche’s regional diagnostic access strategy.
