Security Design Project Lead
Attain
Direct security projects across their full lifecycle in Ottawa, applying technical leadership to complex consulting and design engagements. The position is full-time and permanent.
Attain is seeking a Senior Security Consultant with 15+ years of combined consulting, design, and systems integration experience. You will manage needs analysis, design, tender support, construction administration, commissioning, and closeout. You will also produce specifications, reports, drawings, estimates, and scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage security projects through design and construction stages
Author specifications, reports, drawings, and cost estimates
Support tenders, proposals, fee estimates, and bid responses
Coordinate door hardware with architects and consultants
Represent Attain with clients, engineers, contractors, and end users
Requirements:
15+ years leading large or complex security projects
Ability to produce and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Knowledge of building codes, CSA, ULC, and NFPA standards
Understanding of budgets, contracts, fees, and delivery models
Excellent written, verbal, and client presentation skills
Apply project lifecycle leadership, technical documentation expertise, and stakeholder communication skills to Attain security engagements.
