The Senior Manager Cybersecurity & GRC at Cargojet is pivotal in establishing a secure operating environment across the air cargo domain. You will lead the development of innovative cybersecurity strategies while closely monitoring emerging threats, ensuring the organization's resilience against risks. This position will involve collaborative engagements with IT and business teams to instill secure practices in technology adoption and cybersecurity training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement a multi-year cybersecurity roadmap
• Direct the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) program
• Manage incident response and oversee third-party risk
• Promote secure practices around AI and data protection
• Lead the cybersecurity team and enhance program maturity
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• 12+ years of cybersecurity experience, with significant leadership
• Deep understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks
• Proven experience with incident management and cloud security
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CCSP or CRISC preferred
