SAP S/4HANA Delivery Manager

Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation and continuous improvement while leading functional teams for an emergiTEL food manufacturing client.
As Manager, SAP Solutions, you will provide hands-on direction across O2C, Procurement, Plan-to-Manufacture, R2R, and EWM. The position combines functional design, configuration, testing, and defect management with strategic process improvement. You will support multi-entity rollouts, end-user training, and application support.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide functional delivery across five SAP business process areas
Support S/4HANA rollouts across additional business entities
Drive cross-functional design quality and business alignment
Oversee functional testing, defects, and process documentation
Lead continuous optimization, training, and enhancement planning
Requirements:
Eight or more years of SAP functional delivery experience
Three or more years of SAP team leadership experience
Experience leading implementation through go-live and hypercare
Configuration experience across at least two SAP modules
S/4HANA implementation or multi-entity rollout experience preferred
Bring hands-on SAP configuration, implementation leadership, and process improvement expertise to S/4HANA delivery and functional excellence.
