Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)
Vacation: 4% of gross salary
Work Location: 1667 15th Avenue, Prince George, BC V2L 3X2
Job Duties:
Oversee and supervise daily operations of the restaurant
Supervise, schedule, assign, train and evaluate assigned restaurant staff
Ensure that food and service meet established quality control standards and that sanitation and safety procedures are followed in service areas
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage
Prepare budgets and provide cost estimates
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation or customer service OR completion of a college program related to food service administration, hotel management, or restaurant management
Completion of Secondary School
English is required
Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
