You will combine business development with Technology Strategy, ERP Strategy, IT Architecture, and transformation leadership. The work connects business strategy with technology investment decisions, enterprise modernization, and large-scale execution. You will also develop consulting talent.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive practice growth through account expansion and new client acquisition
Lead strategic pursuits from opportunity identification through contract award
Advise executives on technology strategy, investments, and transformation programs
Develop technology roadmaps, architectures, and investment priorities
Lead complex transformation programs and executive governance
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
12+ years of consulting or technology transformation experience
Experience selling, shaping, and delivering complex consulting engagements
Deep expertise in Technology Strategy, ERP Strategy, or IT Architecture
Ability to travel up to 50% across Canada and US
Lead RSM technology consulting growth through executive relationships, strategic roadmaps, architecture, and complex transformation delivery.
