Alternative Delivery Project Manager

Drive alternative design assignments at Binnie using project controls, client communication, and business development expertise. Manage complex transportation work.
Within Binnie’s Alternative Design Services Division, the Senior Project Manager will lead alternative delivery model assignments and complicated multidisciplinary designs. The Transportation Design team has contributed to the Highway 11 Interchange Design-Build assignment, the 78st Interchange, and over 30 km of Highway 29 detailed design. This position manages project portfolios, secures resources, supports clients, and develops new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Procure and lead multidisciplinary teams through project delivery
Support clients and anticipate project needs proactively
Maintain schedules while coordinating project resources
Prepare comprehensive status reports for clients
Develop proposals and secure new business opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ related experience in a civil engineering environment
Transportation engineering Project Manager experience is required
Alternative design assignment experience is a strong asset
Strong communication and leadership skills are required
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and personal vehicle
Lead alternative delivery, transportation design, and business development initiatives while coordinating complex projects for Binnie clients.
