Generalist Human Resources Partner

Generalist HR partnership, manager coaching, and workforce insights define this hybrid AstraZeneca role supporting effective people leadership and business outcomes.
As an HR Solutions Partner, you will advise senior managers while delivering accurate core processes and annual people cycles. Your work spans policy interpretation, employee relations, talent, learning, reward, and workforce planning. You will also connect managers with HR Business Partners, HR Services, and Centres of Excellence for seamless support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach managers on workforce concerns, policies, performance, attendance, reward, and talent processes
Execute annual people cycles accurately, consistently, and on time
Resolve operational HR queries and navigate workforce cases
Prepare workforce data, insights, reports, and planning actions
Coordinate cross-HR support for a seamless One HR experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Seven to ten years of dynamic HR experience
Experience supporting managers and business leaders
Advanced stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
Expertise in at least one HR area, such as ER, Reward, or Talent
Use generalist HR expertise, manager coaching, and workforce insights to strengthen people decisions and delivery at AstraZeneca.
