Senior Buildings Project Manager

Lead complex buildings projects for Stantec in Toronto, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, client expectations, budgets, and schedules from design through construction.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will direct integrated engineering projects for institutional and commercial clients. Your work spans healthcare, mission-critical facilities, transit, aviation, higher education, and civic facilities. The position emphasizes project delivery, design development, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multidisciplinary teams across complex medium and large-scale projects
Oversee delivery phases, budgets, schedules, and client expectations
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and stakeholders
Manage agreements, change orders, payments, permits, and modifications
Mentor project managers and coordinators while supporting proposals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
Minimum 10 years independently managing large-scale projects
Buildings engineering experience through construction administration
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Data Centre Projects experience preferred
