Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze weekly P&L and manage operational expenses
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and development
• Enforce health regulations and operational standards
• Drive engagement through effective customer service strategies
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of restaurant management experience
• Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
• FOODSAFE Level 1 required; Level 2 is preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft applications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
