As a Senior Highway Designer, your role encompasses leading key projects and mentoring future engineers. You will leverage your 10+ years of experience in highway and drainage design to enhance project strategies and execution. Shape policies that ensure compliance with Ontario standards while fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical excellence in highway and drainage design
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
• Connect with clients to drive successful strategies
• Empower proposals for future-ready infrastructure projects
• Guide junior staff to develop essential skills in design
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree or diploma required
• 10-20+ years in roadway design (MTO experience preferred)
• P.Eng or C.E.T. designation is a must
• Proven experience in Design-Build/P3 methodologies
• Strong decision-making and project management skills
