As Senior Program Director, Project Management, you will guide multidisciplinary programs across creativity, strategy, technology, and communications. You will connect Account, Creative, Strategy, Social, Digital, and Technical teams. The work spans social-first, digital, and integrated 360° campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead integrated programs from initial scoping through launch and completion
Align priorities, resources, timelines, and deliverables across disciplines
Define scopes, project plans, and effective delivery workflows
Manage budgets, forecasts, fees, staffing plans, and scope changes
Anticipate risks and guide practical solutions across dependencies
Requirements:
12+ years of integrated project management experience
Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary agency programs
Strong technology industry and digital delivery knowledge
Expertise in social, digital, and integrated 360° campaigns
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet or comparable platforms
