Senior Project Development Manager

Lead capital project development across energy infrastructure assets as a Senior Project Manager, using engineering expertise and commercial judgment. This long-term contract supports strategic projects.
You will advance projects from concept through approval and handover to execution teams. The work spans gas processing, compression, fractionation, NGL, pipeline, terminal, and related facilities. Success requires technical evaluations, feasibility assessments, cost estimating, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead capital projects from concept identification through approval and execution handover
Develop scopes, schedules, cost estimates, risks, and execution strategies
Coordinate engineering studies, feasibility assessments, and alternative analyses
Manage external engineering consultants and technical specialists
Prepare business cases, justifications, and capital approval packages
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Required Professional Engineer designation
Minimum 10+ years in project engineering, management, or development
Oil and gas, petrochemical, midstream, or energy infrastructure experience
Experience developing related facility projects
