Provincial Highway Operations Superintendent

Oversee complex provincial highway operations through contract administration, financial monitoring, and strong leadership across geographically diverse worksites. Ledcor’s contract spans several Alberta communities.
This Superintendent position leads delivery and performance for highway maintenance in the General Edmonton Area. The work covers Stony Plain, Drayton Valley, Glenevis, and Mayerthorpe, requiring experienced oversight of field operations and operational leaders. Your expertise will support compliance, performance targets, client satisfaction, and efficient resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan resources, execution, and performance tracking for field operations
Provide strategic direction to front-line operational leaders
Apply Ledcor HS&E standards and applicable OH&S legislation
Monitor financial and operational performance through regular reporting
Support client relations and field-related negotiations
Requirements:
Eight-plus years in highway, construction, infrastructure, or operations
Senior supervisory experience across multiple worksites
Proven planning, scheduling, financial, and contract administration skills
Understanding of performance-based contracts and management systems
Ability to lead teams and engage clients effectively
Use your contract administration, financial oversight, and operational leadership experience to direct Ledcor highway maintenance delivery.
