Senior Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant Manager

Bring Dynamics 365 Finance implementation expertise to BDO Canada as a consulting manager supporting clients, project teams, and functional consultants across Canada.
This manager-level position combines trusted advisory work with leadership across multiple Dynamics 365 F&O engagements. You will address business needs, align processes, and provide application expertise within the Finance and Operations suite. The position also covers vendor relationships, customer concerns, delivery planning, and consultant development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide application expertise across targeted business areas
Build deep client relationships and expand engagement footprints
Coordinate action planning meetings and deliverables
Manage vendor relationships and customer delivery concerns
Plan team utilization, capacity, and service skills
Requirements:
Five-plus years consulting with Dynamics 365 F&O
Strong expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, or HR
Experience leading multiple functional consultants
Dynamics 365 F&O or AX certifications considered
Ability to inspire audiences and communicate articulately
Use Dynamics 365 Finance knowledge, process alignment experience, and client leadership to deliver trusted consulting services at BDO.
