Data Center Strategy Director
IPEX Management Inc.
Lead data center strategy and market development at IPEX from a hybrid Oakville, Ontario office, shaping growth across North America.
As Director, Data Center Strategy & Market Development, you will define priority applications, customers, geographies, technologies, and routes to market. You will connect opportunities across site infrastructure, building systems, cooling, water treatment, and emerging applications. The role reports to the Vice President, Transformation Office and coordinates Sales, Product Management, Innovation, Technical, Codes & Standards, Marketing, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Own IPEX’s North American data center strategy
Build relationships with hyperscalers and colocation providers
Influence specifications, standards, and solution acceptance
Assess portfolio gaps and recommend partnerships
Establish KPIs and communicate strategic progress
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Ten-plus years of progressive related experience
Data center ecosystem experience strongly preferred
Understanding of design and purchasing decisions
Ability to travel regularly across Canada and the United States
Bring strategic leadership, market intelligence, and data center expertise to expand IPEX solutions across North America.
