SAP HANA Security and Basis Lead

Strengthen SAP HANA security, authorization, and performance as a Senior Basis Consultant supporting a hybrid industrial organization in Oshawa. Work onsite three days weekly.
This full-time permanent position focuses on the technical integrity, security, and performance of the SAP landscape. You will partner with business, compliance, and technical teams while supporting secure access and strong controls. The scope includes S/4HANA administration, ECC 6 production support, cloud environments, and SAP HANA performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain technical integrity and security across SAP landscapes
Administer SAP S/4HANA and HANA database environments
Tune memory management, SQL, database, and application performance
Configure SAP BTP connectors in hybrid environments
Support compliance, access governance, and ICFR audits
Requirements:
Four-year degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC authorizations
Practical knowledge of roles, profiles, and user administration
Understanding of Segregation of Duties and governance controls
Strong communication with business users, technical teams, and auditors
Apply SAP security, authorization, HANA tuning, and communication expertise across a senior Oshawa-based hybrid consulting assignment.
