Lead complex infrastructure projects as a Senior Advisory Project Manager in Vancouver, using project delivery and stakeholder coordination expertise. Work primarily from the office within Mott MacDonald’s hybrid approach.
Mott MacDonald seeks a Senior Project Manager Advisory to manage work across transit, transportation, built environment, energy, and water. You will coordinate technical and management groups, guide project teams, and support growth through client relationships. The role also contributes to junior and intermediate staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and coordinate multisector project delivery
Account for project success and empower project teams
Coordinate clients, stakeholders, engineers, technicians, and team members
Prepare contract documents and administer project specifications
Lead proposal responses aligned with client needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant post-secondary education
Ten to fifteen years of engineering or construction experience
Heavy civil infrastructure experience preferred
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of procurement models and willingness to travel
Apply project leadership, infrastructure knowledge, and client communication skills to deliver Mott MacDonald projects across Vancouver’s key sectors.
