Industrial Coatings Superintendent Alberta
MSCP Heat Management Solutions
Lead industrial coatings and fireproofing operations for MSCP in Sherwood Park, Alberta, using technical expertise and operational leadership. This is a full-time position.
MSCP seeks an experienced superintendent to oversee crews, resources, and project execution. The work requires industrial coating systems, abrasive blasting, passive fireproofing, and NACE/AMPP standards knowledge. You will support estimating, scheduling, quality, safety, and cost control across multiple projects while coordinating with project managers, estimating, manufacturing, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead coating, blasting, and fireproofing activities across assigned projects
Coordinate crews, manpower, equipment, materials, and production priorities
Oversee specifications, application procedures, inspections, and technical resolutions
Support estimates, bids, takeoffs, budgets, and execution plans
Monitor productivity, schedules, costs, documentation, and project closeout
Requirements:
At least 10 years progressive industrial coatings experience
At least five years supervisory or comparable leadership experience
Advanced NACE/AMPP and SSPC knowledge
Passive fireproofing experience with cementitious and intumescent systems
Ability to travel to industrial project locations
Bring superintendent-level leadership, coating expertise, and fireproofing knowledge to MSCP’s Sherwood Park operations and industrial projects.
