Remote Sales Operations Planning Manager

Drive monthly S&OP reviews remotely across Canada using scenario planning, inventory analysis, and cross-functional facilitation skills.
Canopy Growth seeks a Sales & Operations Planning Manager to strengthen its S&OP process. You will connect Commercial, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Cultivation, and Inventory Management. The position supports aligned decisions, inventory performance, operational execution, and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate monthly Portfolio, Demand, and Supply Review meetings
Coordinate planning activities across business functions
Consolidate assumptions, risks, opportunities, and action plans
Track decisions and action items through completion
Prepare materials for Executive S&OP discussions
Requirements:
Minimum five years of progressive related experience
Experience in Demand Planning and Supply Planning
Understanding of forecasting, inventory, capacity, and production planning
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Exceptional analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
