Cloud Infrastructure Programme Lead

Cloud architecture, networking, and automation knowledge support this Infrastructure Programme Lead role at Interac. You will coordinate technical demand across enterprise platforms.
As part of Infrastructure and Platform Enablement, you will connect Product teams with Engineering Capability Teams and Technology Service Providers. You will evaluate AWS, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, networking, Terraform, Ansible, and observability dependencies. The role combines programme governance with technical judgement, financial understanding, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary infrastructure contact for assigned Product teams
Integrate cross-domain plans, milestones, dependencies, and commitments
Challenge incomplete assumptions and unrealistic delivery plans
Communicate technical risks, options, and recommendations clearly
Drive resolution or escalation of delivery and financial risks
Requirements:
Eight or more years in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or technical programmes
Experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or comparable container platforms
Knowledge of enterprise networking, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD
Ability to interpret budgets, forecasts, consumption, and financial variances
Experience in regulated, security-conscious, highly available environments
