Senior AI Product Manager Real Estate

Lead AI-enabled product delivery for institutional real estate clients from Canada, combining product leadership with data platform expertise. Work remotely while guiding complex client engagements.
This Senior AI Product Manager owns custom data and AI platforms for real estate owners, operators, and fund managers. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions across engineering, data, architecture, and client leadership. The work spans discovery, reporting, migration, training, and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product delivery from discovery through final platform handover
Own milestones, scope, acceptance gates, and client commitments
Coordinate data mapping, quality rules, lineage, and snapshots
Define AI use cases with engineering and data science
Lead migration, training, documentation, and platform transition activities
Requirements:
At least five years managing products and custom client software
At least two years serving institutional real estate organizations
Experience with Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or comparable platforms
Knowledge of data platforms, ingestion, reconciliation, and governance
Technical understanding of LLM extraction and cited retrieval
Apply product leadership, real estate knowledge, and applied AI expertise to trusted platforms and measurable client outcomes.
