Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests with warmth and friendliness
• Prepare and serve all café beverages and food
• Ensure efficient POS and service operations
• Conduct team training and scheduling
• Oversee inventory rotation and stock control
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a café or coffee setting
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Food Safe Level 1 certificate mandatory
