Strategic Associate Producer - TV Partnerships

Become a Strategic Associate Producer to foster partnerships with national brands for television integration. You’ll leverage strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with C-level executives.
As part of our team, you will evaluate brand alignment through high-level discovery meetings, asking insightful questions to discern opportunities for collaboration. Manage your schedule with precision while driving impactful conversations and follow-up actions that support brand integration into our shows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate 10-15 meetings weekly with national brands
• Assess marketing fit and needs for programs
• Clearly outline production and financial expectations
• Prepare tailored materials and next steps post-meeting
• Maintain effective CRM management and reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
• Strong verbal communication and presence
• Familiarity with AI tools and CRM systems
• Comfort with outbound cold calls and rejection
• Previous experience with senior marketing executives
