• Provide expertise in complex employee relations issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or HR disciplines
• 8+ years of project-based HR experience
• Minimum 3 years of People Business Partnership experience
• Certified Coach with extensive knowledge of relevant laws
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
