This full-time position requires strong leadership and engineering skills to manage capital investments effectively. You will oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with DECIEM’s health and safety standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with various teams to drive successful outcomes for new product developments and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct complex capital project delivery and execution
• Manage engineering teams’ performance and development
• Champion manufacturing process improvements and innovation
• Supervise capital budgets and track performance metrics
• Ensure project compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering fields
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is mandatory
• Over 8 years in engineering roles, preferably in manufacturing
• Expertise in process equipment and technologies
• Familiarity with industry regulatory guidelines and standards
