This Real Estate Associate position serves a full-service international Bay Street law firm. The work focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing matters. You will draft purchase agreements, credit agreements, commercial leases, and closing documents.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with partners on real estate matters
Advise clients on acquisitions and dispositions
Support financing and leasing transactions
Draft purchase and credit agreements
Prepare commercial leases and closing documents
Requirements:

Three-plus years focusing on commercial real estate
Law firm or in-house legal experience
Law Society of Ontario member in good standing
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and drafting skills
Attention to detail, initiative, and dependable professionalism
Apply commercial real estate knowledge, negotiation, and drafting skills across sophisticated transactions with partners and clients.
