Key Responsibilities:
• Process and handle laboratory specimens efficiently
• Conduct and verify testing with independent judgment
• Document and communicate critical lab results
• Execute quality assurance and control measures
• Assist with developing and implementing new methodologies
Requirements:
• Certification from the College of Medical Laboratory Technology of Ontario
• Strong commitment to professional development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to operational demands
• Regular attendance and performance expected
