Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations

Requirements:
• 8–10 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting
• At least 3 full-cycle implementations in Compensation
• Relevant degree in HR, IT, or Business
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation required
• Strong strategic advisory skills for stakeholder management
