Residential Financing Team Manager

Lead residential financing specialists at National Bank with team management and business development expertise across nine Canadian locations. This is an on-site, full-time permanent opportunity.
As Residential Financing Manager, you will support the Vice-President, Residential Financing, while implementing business plans and strategic priorities. You will coach employees, communicate financial objectives, monitor business development, and build profitable relationships with internal and external partners. The assigned territory may be Calgary, Edmonton, Kitchener, London, Longueuil, Moncton, Ottawa, Toronto, or Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and guide residential financing specialists toward team objectives
Support business plan implementation with the Vice-President
Monitor development activities and identify improvement opportunities
Allocate territories according to market potential and resources
Apply segmentation, referrals, risk, compliance, and operating procedures
Requirements:
Related college diploma, university certificate, or bachelor’s degree
Experience managing a team
Excellent knowledge of residential financing products
Good knowledge of SAP software
Business development and strategic planning skills
Bring residential financing knowledge, strategic planning, and team leadership to National Bank’s specialists and business objectives.
