Senior Construction Site Superintendent

Lead complex construction sites in Sydney with rcs construction, applying field leadership, safety, trade coordination, and schedule control daily.
This senior field leadership role manages site execution from start-up through turnover on complex, higher-risk, larger-scale projects. You will work with the Project Manager on schedules, labour needs, and recovery plans. The role also emphasizes quality control, Procore documentation, mentoring, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day site operations through project turnover
Coordinate trades, subtrades, suppliers, access, and deliveries
Champion toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and safety standards
Maintain Procore logs, photos, RFIs, and deficiencies
Mentor site leaders and support consistent standards
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of progressive site supervision experience
General Contractor experience leading complex projects
Gold Seal Site Superintendent Certification
Construction processes, sequencing, quality, and safety knowledge
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
Bring senior site leadership, safety expertise, and construction coordination skills to rcs construction’s Sydney projects from start-up through closeout.
