The City of Coquitlam is seeking a Labour Relations and Disability Management Senior Advisor to provide practical advice on investigations, collective agreement interpretation and sensitive employee matters within our Human Resources team.
You will work closely with managers, HR colleagues and union representatives to resolve concerns, support consistent decisions, and build constructive relationships across the organization.
