The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for CAL-HARVEST HILLS, AB to lead a framing team and build strong customer relationships. You will drive custom framing solutions, coach selling behaviors, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding SOPs and store standards.
You will assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, and performance management of team members, and partner with MODs to meet store goals. The role requires availability mornings/evenings and weekends.
