Wellhead Service Operations Supervisor
Stream-Flo Industries
Supervise wellhead service operations through technical problem-solving, accurate reporting, and disciplined equipment management. Stream-Flo Industries supports rotational field work and travel when required.
As Field Supervisor, you will execute services according to company procedures and coordinate field support for Stream-Flo product lines. Responsibilities include client satisfaction, service promotion, equipment maintenance, technician assessments, competency evaluations, and collaboration with branch and service leaders. Strong organization and communication are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute field services according to company procedures
Maintain equipment and company property to expectations
Provide customer presentations and promote service sales
Assess and evaluate Service Technician competencies
Maintain accurate records and provide operational reports
Requirements:
Eight to ten years of wellhead products and service experience
Strong technical aptitude and interest in new technologies
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and provide solutions
Bring wellhead industry expertise, operational judgment, technical aptitude, and reporting discipline to Stream-Flo field services.
