Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and manage contract progress
• Direct trade contractors based on project schedules
• Assist in maintaining project schedules and cost systems
• Support quality inspections and compliance checks
• Manage project documentation and material tracking
Requirements:
• 0–3 years of relevant construction experience
• Preferred degree in construction management or engineering
• Familiarity with construction standards and practices
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems
