Senior Project Manager Hybrid
Coast Capital Savings
Lead complex projects at Coast Capital from Help Headquarters in a hybrid work model, using Waterfall methodology and advanced project controls.
As a Project Manager, you will coordinate initiatives involving multiple business units, dependencies, and stakeholders. The position supports business strategies through structured planning, risk management, and issue resolution. You will apply project management methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle knowledge, and MS Project expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct assigned project teams and provide performance feedback
Align projects with corporate strategies, goals, and objectives
Define structures, roles, responsibilities, and project documentation
Track progress, requirements, quality, scope, and change control
Communicate objectives and progress to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or three to four year diploma
Project Management Professional certification and seven to nine years' experience
Experience with Waterfall methodology and Software Development Life Cycle
Expert knowledge of MS Project and advanced MS Office skills
Strong communication, negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
Bring structured planning, stakeholder communication, and project leadership to complex initiatives at Coast Capital.
