Sasquatch Mountain Lift Maintenance Manager

Lead lift maintenance at Sasquatch Mountain Resort with mechanical expertise and a proactive approach in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley. This full-time, year-round role includes weekends and holidays.
As Lift Maintenance Manager, you will oversee safe, reliable, and efficient lift systems while reporting to the Outside Operations Manager. Lead day-to-day mechanical operations, preventative maintenance, and repairs for chairlifts and passenger conveyors. Support winter operations, off-season maintenance, capital projects, and summer operations development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily mechanical operations for chairlifts and passenger conveyors
Troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical lift equipment issues
Plan, assign, and oversee daily maintenance tasks
Coordinate contractors for inspections, testing, repairs, and maintenance
Maintain accurate service records and support regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Previous lift maintenance or mechanical operations experience
Strong knowledge of CSA Z98 and lift maintenance standards
Selkirk College Lift 150 certificate required
Red Seal Millwright certification preferred
Valid Class 5 licence and clean driver’s abstract
