The Americas Growth & Strategy Manager contributes to strategies spanning growth, operations, investments, and V&A. You will work across industries, reinvention partners, reinvention engines, and market units. The position calls for structured thinking, technology awareness, and an understanding of value creation opportunities. You will collaborate across stakeholders while serving leadership as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Americas growth and business strategy development
Analyze industry dynamics and value creation opportunities
Collaborate across stakeholders and multiple entities
Present findings to project teams and leadership
Implement interventions and track resulting progress
Requirements:
Minimum four years of relevant strategy or consulting experience
Creative problem solving and structured analytical approach
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Understanding of technology for competitive advantage
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant focus area
