AI Model Risk Audit Manager TD
TD
Lead AI and model risk oversight for TD in Toronto, applying audit judgment, statistical analysis, and governance expertise.
As an Audit Manager II, you will provide independent oversight across TD’s businesses within a specialized audit practice. The work includes reviewing Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI models, when applicable, alongside traditional statistical and quantitative models. You will evaluate governance, performance, implementation, data quality, feature engineering, explainability, fairness, robustness, and ongoing monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate AI-related risks and model governance practices
Review model assumptions, limitations, performance, and monitoring
Oversee audits and follow up internal and regulatory findings
Advise management on emerging risks and recommended actions
Facilitate discussions with executives and stakeholders
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree required
Seven or more years of relevant experience
Experience conducting model audits, validations, or independent reviews
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Use AI risk evaluation, model governance, and audit leadership to support TD’s independent oversight in Toronto.
