Is a full-service international Bay Street law firm.
Has a lower billable target than most full-service firms.
Has a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Work closely with partners and clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing matters.
Drafting legal documents such as purchase agreements, credit agreements, commercial leases and closing documents.
Requirements
3+ years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house focusing on commercial real estate
A lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and drafting skills with attention to detail.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be professional and be dependable with strong initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented atmosphere.
