Fleet Maintenance Operations Director

Shape Purolator’s national fleet maintenance operations with expertise in heavy-duty equipment, garage oversight, and complex program delivery. Work from an office environment.
This Senior Manager position oversees vehicle repairs, garages, and maintenance plans supporting financial and operational optimization. You will address preventative and demand maintenance while improving fleet asset quality, utilization, uptime, and productivity. The position also supports a safe, environmentally sound garage network.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Purolator garages and fleet maintenance programs
Improve asset productivity, utilization, and operational uptime
Reduce overall maintenance costs across fleet operations
Manage Fleet budget and actual financial results
Collect and analyze fleet service performance indicators
Requirements:
Ten years managing fleets with more than 1,000 assets
Ten years of heavy duty transportation equipment experience
Experience delivering complex enterprise-wide initiatives or programs
Knowledge of applicable provincial laws and regulations
Computer literacy with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Use heavy-duty transportation experience, analytical judgment, and program leadership to strengthen Purolator fleet maintenance operations.
