OSB Mill Operations Manager

Shape performance at Tolko’s modern High Prairie OSB mill through safety leadership and operational decision-making. Lead production after a major rebuild.
This Production Manager position supports Tolko’s High Prairie OSB Division in Alberta. You will oversee production performance, quality, staffing, scheduling, and resources while helping teams meet targets. Collaboration with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams is essential for solving challenges and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive production performance, productivity, recovery, and quality results
Manage staffing, schedules, resources, targets, and budgets
Collaborate across operations and maintenance teams
Identify operational, maintenance, and safety improvements
Support continuous improvement and operational modernization efforts
Requirements:
Three to five years of manufacturing experience
Wood products or heavy industrial experience preferred
Continuous manufacturing or continuous press experience considered an asset
Proven leadership and team development experience
Post-secondary engineering, Wood Sciences, or manufacturing education considered an asset
Use manufacturing expertise, team leadership, and process improvement experience to guide Tolko’s modern OSB production operation.
