Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare documentation for Canadian surety bonds
• Handle client queries and insurance communications
• Upload necessary documents into Epic
• Maintain a systematic abeyance process
• Provide support to the Account Managers as needed
Requirements:
• 2+ years of administrative support experience required
• RIBO licensed candidates preferred
• Surety knowledge an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
