Delta Christian School is seeking skilled On-Call Educational Assistants for the 2026/27 academic year. This role emphasizes partnership with educators to foster holistic development among K–7 students. You'll be instrumental in assisting students with diverse needs and working within a team of dedicated Christian educators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support teachers in classroom management
• Assist students requiring additional learning support
• Participate in educational activities and student growth
• Promote a caring and inclusive classroom environment
• Engage actively with fellow educators
Requirements:
• Experience in a classroom environment preferred
• Dedication to principles of Christian education
• Ability to be flexible and supportive in team roles
• Enthusiasm for working with varied learning styles
• EA training or relevant experience beneficial
