Field Operations Maintenance Supervisor

Lead field operations at TK Elevator through strategic maintenance planning, safety oversight, and effective employee assignments across regional service activities.
This supervisor directs field labor forces and support personnel while aligning work with contracts, budgets, and compliance requirements. The position oversees hiring, training, discipline, and safety incident investigations. Success requires operational or field management experience, technical understanding, and strong people leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic plans for employee assignments and service delivery
Direct field labor and support personnel
Oversee hiring, training, discipline, and termination
Lead Toolbox Talk meetings and training sessions
Investigate safety incidents and address corrective needs
Requirements:
Minimum five years of relevant operational or field management experience
Understanding of field operations and technical industry standards
Mechanical and electrical comprehension skills
Experience leading and managing diverse teams
Valid driver's license and regional travel availability
