Vice President Clinical Operations Healthcare

Lead clinical operations and organizational performance at Safehaven, advancing care, compliance, and service delivery across multiple sites. This executive role reports to the President and CEO.
As inaugural Vice President, Client Care and Operations, you will align clinical and administrative functions while supporting Safehaven’s strategic priorities. The mandate spans finance, human resources, information technology, facilities, purchasing, materials management, strategy, and system innovation. You will strengthen accountability, resilience, and integrated approaches to care.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive operational excellence across clinical and administrative functions
Ensure safe, effective delivery of high-quality clinical care
Advance regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and business continuity
Support capital and development initiatives with organizational leaders
Champion equity, accessibility, inclusion, and anti-racism
Requirements:
At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience
Five years of clinical leadership across multiple programs
Master’s degree in a related field
Experience leading interprofessional teams in complex organizations
Experience in unionized environments and labour relations
Bring clinical credibility, financial acumen, and change leadership to Safehaven’s multi-site care and operations mandate.
